Pudsey’s market is the most traditional of the local markets serving a loyal customer base from the whole region for generations. This small but well served market has everything you would expect to find amongst its established traders with plenty of surprises.
We have two markets that operate out of the Market Place, we have the traditional market that has been serving customers for generations. The regular Market trades on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, open from 9.00am until 2.00pm
On the first Sunday of every month, Pudsey hosts the Pudsey Produce and Craft Market. Pudsey Produce and Craft Market expands on the traditional market offering to include bakery goods, arts and crafts and more. The Produce and Craft Market runs from 9am until 1pm.
Pudsey Market is very easy to find and access via public transport, as it is located directly to the side of Pudsey bus station. The market can also be accessed by foot from Robin Lane and Church lane. Access to the Market Square is easy for all abilities via a ramp for wheelchairs, buggies etc alongside Pudsey House.
Pudsey has a wealth of shops, pubs and cafes surrounding the market. As well as this, you can also find Pudsey Leisure Centre right next to both Pudsey Market and Pudsey Bus Station.
Nearby Pudsey Park is one of the most popular parks in Leeds, it’s full of family activities and has also been awarded with a Green Flag award for excellence.
